According to a council spokesman, it is packed with useful hints and tips, relevant, easy-to-read guides, real-life examples, and “lots of contacts to help you get off to the best possible start”.

“The new book is a brilliant resource that we can now put in the hands of those who are thinking about starting a new business or looking to grow. From information about tax to marketing, there’s lots to get you going.
“And we’ll still be offering support through advice from Enterprise First, networking and learning events across the borough, and through our partnership with Business South.”
