THERE will be a smackdown in Surrey next Saturday, November 9, as big-time wrestling is returning to Haslemere Hall.

Expect more fireworks than bonfire night when Premier Promotions return to the Bridge Road venue with a brand new line-up.

International stars The Lion Kid and Amazon will take to the ring during a show that will have audiences on the edge of their seats from the first bell to the final knockout blow.

Amazon is a ladies champion and a 6ft Jamaican-born behemoth who appeared on the WWE classic Parade of Champions.

The “girl from the East End who loves to brawl” is a wrestler who can trade wrist-locks and toeholds with the best. She will also be accompanied to the ring by her manager, “Twisted Genius” Dean Ayass, one of grappling’s most controversial figures.

“Dazzling” Darrell Allen and bearded giant Karl Atlas, who won the American rumble on the last show will also appear along with former heavyweight champion Kris Kay and 2019 young wrestler of the year, Connor Mills.
