PUPILS from Alton Infant School are celebrating a horticultural hat-trick having taken gold and the Cup for the Best School Children's Garden in this year's Alton In Bloom and gold in the South and South East England regional In Bloom competitions.

This year, the children have grown a glut of tomatoes, raspberries, runner beans, marrows, onions and potatoes which they have recently sold off to the parents.
