HASLEMERE Bowls Club’s Memorial Day Pairs took place on Sunday,?June 25.

The winning pair were Freddie Willey and John Ewing, with Peter Brackfield and John Phillips the runners-up. The day raised £300, half of which will be donated to a charity.

Haslemere held a Spoon Drive and barbecue on Sunday.

The winner of the Spoon Drive was James Brown and the food was provided by Don Gribble and Ken Braysher.
