Farnham Cricket Club’s women’s softball team’s 2023 season has come to an end.

The team finished with four wins and four losses, with improvements made individually and as a team thanks to the work of overseas coach Brady Poole.

Standout performances in batting from Kelly Davis, bowling from Jemima Carver and as an all-rounder from Nat Upton were honoured at the club’s annual awards night.

This year’s newcomers included standout displays from wicketkeeper Nicole Lawrence.

Sarah Gudgin took on the task of opening the batting, while Rosa Bowles showcased her skills fielding on the boundary.

The team – which was managed by Maddie Armitage – is looking towards the 2024 season with enthusiasm. Anyone who would like to join the team should email [email protected] for more information.
