The Hampshire team also included disability players from Dorset.
Batting first, Surrey scored 184 all out in 36.5 overs.
The innings featured a fine 77 from Bishop, who was well supported by former More House School student Clement with 34.
Abel – with figures of five for 12 – was the pick of the Hampshire bowlers.
Hampshire struggled against steady and accurate bowling and lost wickets at regular intervals.
Abel (25) was the pick of the Hampshire batters in a score of 112 all out off 33.4 overs.
Khan finished with impressive figures of four for 30 for Surrey.
Before the match, the Surrey Disability Cricket Roadshow coaches offered free coaching to attendees.
This led to new disability player leads materialising.
