FARNHAM Cricket Club have recruited former first class player Steve Pope.
The former Gloucestershire and Surrey player will bring experience to the side, and is also a talented coach.
He said: “I am delighted to be joining Farnham and I am really looking forward to playing and getting involved in coaching at all levels."
Chairman David Godden said: “Steve’s arrival coincides with our junior players returning to cricket post-lockdown in huge numbers. It is fantastic to see the young cricketers playing with so much enjoyment and enthusiasm.”
Pope is available to deliver specialist one-to-one coaching to players of all ages from any club, and is also running junior coaching camps at Farnham CC for boys on August 3-5, and girls on August 6 and 7.
