Farnham Town celebrated Christmas at the top of the Combined Counties Premier Division South after they swept aside Camberley Town 4-0 at The Memorial Ground on Saturday.

The home side took the lead in the 26th minute through Harry Cooksley’s penalty after Owen Dean had been fouled in the box.

Lamar Koroma doubled Farnham’s lead on 68 minutes when he swept home from Joe Jackson’s cut-back. Darryl Sanders made it 3-0 in the 78th minute when he slotted home from another Jackson cut-back.

Jackson completed the scoring on 84 minutes when he fired home after being played in by substitute Kai Tanner.

The win continued Farnham’s perfect start to their league campaign, with 15 victories from their first 15 matches.

Town are three points clear of second-placed Knaphill.
