Petersfield Rugby Club hosted a match between Hampshire Women and Royal Navy Women.

The Navy team were using the match as a final preparation for the upcoming inter-services competition.

In good conditions, Hampshire started brightly and led 17-3 at half-time.

The Navy regrouped and tightened their defence to close the gap in the second half, but Hampshire held on to run out 22-15 winners.
