A TEENAGE boy is in a critical condition after he was hit by a car while cycling on the A31 Farnham Bypass on Thursday evening.
Police were called to the scene of the crash between a red Audi TT and a cyclist at 8.25pm on October 25, on the eastbound carriageway between the Coxbridge roundabout and Weydon Lane.
The driver did not suffer any injuries but the cyclist, a 14-year-old boy, suffered serious injuries and was taken to St George’s Hospital by ambulance, where he remains in a critical condition.
A second boy who was also riding a bicycle was not injured.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, saw the two young cyclists riding along the A31 prior to the incident, or has any dashcam footage, is asked to call Surrey Police on 101 quoting police reference PR/45180114248.
