CHILDREN at St Lawrence Primary School in Alton performed their Nativity play A King is Born to packed houses and high acclaim.

Headteacher Dawn Casson said the KS1 pupils who starred in it “received fantastic comments from every audience each night".

And she added: “The singing was exceptional.”
