AN Alton woman took the plunge and had her head shaved last Friday to raise money for the BBC Children in Need appeal.
Tanya Applegarth, from Wildly Upbeat Printers, put her faith in the newly-opened Station Barbers, where owner Sarah Marsden stayed open late to undertake the head shave.
So far, donations from the headshave have topped £220 for the appeal.
Intrepid Tanya is pictured having her head shaved for charity.
