The Royal School is supporting the Teams4u Christmas shoebox appeal.

Sixth form charity prefects presented assemblies to the pupils to talk about the charity’s efforts to deliver boxes to communities across Eastern Europe, which this year will also include a delivery to Ukraine. The students explained how this small box is likely to contain the only gifts a child may receive this Christmas.

Organiser Elly Whitworth said: “It was fantastic to see more than 50 shoeboxes come into school, wrapped in bright colours. Thank you to everyone who contributed, it really is appreciated.”
