TAYLOR Wimpey South Thames project manager Ivor Richards has received a National House-Building Council Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence Award for his work on the Dukes Quarter development in Bordon.
Mr Richards has won four previous awards from the council, and the Seal of Excellence is one of the top honours it hands out every year.
It rewards a site manager’s dedication to achieving the highest standards and their commitment to building homes of outstanding quality.
He said: “It is a fantastic honour to have won a Seal of Excellence Award, not just for me but for the whole team.
“The award is a testament to all the hard work that everyone at Dukes Quarter in Bordon has put into helping us produce such high-quality homes for those living at this development.
“I have always been quality-driven and take great pride in ensuring that the homes we build are completed to the highest possible standards.”
