A DEVELOPER is expected to return from the drawing board with revised plans for a small estate in Steep.
Affordable housing will be a major part of the Wilson Designer Homes proposals for land south of Church Road opposite the Mill Lane junction.
An application for ten homes is expected soon with four being affordable and likely to be controlled by the Eames Almhouses Trust.
The plans are part of a “community engaged” project which has seen the developer working alongside the land owners, The Steep In Need Trust.
The developers are also expected to present their plans at an extraordinary Steep Parish Council meeting.
