THE Alton Town Mayor’s Community Fund is now accepting applications.

This pot of money contains the proceeds from the mayor’s fundraising for this year and is now open to groups, clubs and organisations.

Applicants can be from bodies which need a small grant to help with a project or provide a boost to their finances for the coming year. The maximum amount available is £200. However, any group already in receipt of an Alton Town Council grant in 2018 is not eligible to apply.

Applicants should fill in a form available at alton.gov.uk or via e-mail from [email protected]. Paper copies can also be collected at the Alton Town Hall.
