THE crash that killed a motorcyclist who collided with a lorry on the A272 early last year remains unexplained.

Gavin Wallis was wearing headphones and may have been distracted near Privett, an inquest heard on Tuesday.

The accident caused long delays on the A272 and the A32 toward Alton.

But investigators can't be sure why he was driving in the middle of the road before colliding with a lorry on February 10 last year.
