As Alton Camera Club nears the end of a busy season filled with guest speakers, workshops, outings, print, projected digital image and audio visual competitions, the club held its annual dinner and presentation evening at The Swan Hotel in the town.
The club was delighted to have Walter Benzie, president of the Royal Photographic Society, as its guest of honour.
After the dinner, club chairman Kelvin Perry presented a selection of images which had been entered in the various club competitions, and the winners of each competition were presented with a trophy and a certificate by Mr Benzie.
The Photographer of the Year Award was presented to Mark Fly, who won three of the club’s major competitions.
