EXACTLY a year to the day since Tesco last appealed in Alton, bosses were back speaking against East Hampshire District Council's decision to refuse their application to build a superstore on Mill Lane.

Opinions remain split over whether or not building the superstore on Mill Lane would be of benefit to Alton.
