ALTON-based vintage hair and make-up artiste Paula Haywood will be one of the key attractions at a vintage and retro fair at Alton Assembly Rooms on Sunday.

The free fair will also feature a wide variety of period houseware, tuppaware, toys, comics, dresses and clothing, bags and purses, accessorises, hats, furniture, trinket boxes, and bunting.

There will be an opportunity to seek Paula’s expert advice on hair and make up and Lisa Benson will be giving on-stage demonstrations with her Ceroc dance team, as well as free trial sessions in the first floor studio.

And the pop-up vintage tea room will be serving homemade cakes. The fair is open from 10am to 4pm.
