ALTON’S Chawton Park Surgery will host the A31 community wellbeing hub patient drop-in session next week. It takes place on June 28, from 10am-1pm.
And the topic of ‘Young Person’ will feature Chawton Park Patient Participation Group; Alton Buckle Children’s Partnership; Bushy Leaze Children and Families Centre; and Parent Voice, an information and advice service for parents and carers of disabled children aged up to 25 in Hampshire.
It will also feature No Limits, which offers free and confidential information, advice, counselling, support and advocacy for people aged under 26, and the British Red Cross health and wellbeing co-ordinator.
Open to patients of Chawton Park Surgery, Alton Health Centre, Boundaries Surgery at Four Marks, Bentley Village Surgery, and Watercress Medical at Medstead, the event provides an opportunity to chat and gather information and advice.
