ALTON has an alarming drugs problem which is largely unrecognised and unacknowledged with children as young as 12 high on drugs and alcohol.
That is the warning from one young mother who claims first-hand knowledge of the havoc the illegal drugs industry is wreaking on the lives of children not long out of primary school.
