YEAR six pupils at Anstey Junior School in Alton spent time before the Easter break learning about all things American.
While designing subs (big American sandwiches), the children sampled various sauces and pickles traditionally associated with the United States. They also played baseball and read the Pledge of Allegiance – all the while dressed as famous Americans!
Teacher Stephanie Morgan and learning assistant James Hayden are pictured with the young Americans.
